Saindhavi is a versatile singer with gifted voice. She is a student of Std XII in Chettinad Vidyashram.

She is a recipient of the prestigious National Scholarship – CCRT Scholarship for Carnatic classical vocal - from Indian Government. She has received many accolades, awards, prizes and appreciations from various organizations like The Music Academy, The Indian Fine Arts, Hamsadwani, Thyagabramhagana Sabha etc.

She has also given hundreds of performances - Classical, Bhajans, Light and Cine Music on stages and also sung in more than 50 musical albums. Latest Highlight is the "YOUNG ACHIEVER AWARD 2005" from STANSFIELD School of Business - Singapore for which she was unanimously selected.

Kumararaja Muthamizh Mandram honoured her with a title "KURAL ISAI SELVI" on 28th September 2005
